Working in Mobile Money Company in Tanzania, Ms.Paul strives to digitize payment, promote digital and financial inclusion across the country by introducing digital-financial inclusive products in partnership with all key financial development stakeholders in the country.
As a dynamic and result-driven leader, Ms.Paul is equipped with Corporate Business and leadership skills from credited Regional and International Institutions. She has in-depth knowledge in Project designing for digital transformation and financial inclusion in Agriculture and development space, Inclusive development strategy formation and implementation, Project monitoring, evaluation and Impact assessment
Being passionate to realize financial inclusion through digital transformation, Ms.Paul took part in spearheading impactful digital solution such as Church offering solution, and Partnership-led Digital Agric-Market Space, i.e. creating agriculture-stakeholders ecosystem, hence accelerating efficiency across value chain. Toward narrowing the exclusive gap, Ms Paul remains agile and notorious in deploy customer-centric approach in solution designing and roll-out strategies.
Prior joining the Mobile Money business, Margareth worked with Mastercard Labs of Financial Inclusion to deploy Mastercard Farmers’ Network in Tanzania; Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) as Project Advisor; Africa Agribusiness Academy as Business Advisor and Research Lead; Cordaid-Rufip as Business Advisor and National Institute of Transport (TZ) as a Budgeter and Planner.
