Been responsible for establishing and leading teams to successfully design, develop, deploy, (GTM) position different Products and Services related to Retail Banking, Micro-finance, SME; Mobile/Digital Financial Services, Agency Banking, Alternate Banking Channels; ATM, CDM, Internet, Mobile, POS, Cards~Visa, MC, UP (Debit & Credit), Payments/Contactless~ QR, NFC, Remittances & Contact Centre.
Currently working with the biggest Islamic Bank in Africa, "Bank of Khartoum", Sudan (A Dubai Islamic Bank subsidiary) and I am responsible to successfully transform, innovate and completely digitalize the bank. Responsible to establish and lead the first completely integrated mobile banking, first agency banking, the first mobile money, first electronic account opening service in Sudan.
"bankak or بنكك" is currently the number # 1 banking and payment app in Sudan enabling over 2.7 million customers to perform over 700K financial transactions on a daily basis.
Further am responsible for driving customer and transaction migration to lower-cost digital channels and enabling sale and serve to meet its strategic objectives in line with the organization's brand promise.
