Paulina Białek is the Business Development Director at Expara– a global VC firm headquartered in Singapore. She is responsible for establishing relations with public and private institutions, investors, and entrepreneurs. She manages the Expara VirTech Global Accelerator - a three-month acceleration program dedicated to startups from all around the world, developing tech-solutions for a post-pandemic world.

She founded and currently serves as a President to an international foundation called Lotus League on establishing cooperation between entrepreneurs from Europe and Asia to provide the exchange of knowledge and experience between two continents, as well as to promote Asian markets as a direction of expansion for European technological companies.
