Ground operations have not known the digital shift that we have seen in passenger operations. Agents are still mainly using paper to record processes and communicate through WhatsApp and radio. This create inefficiencies and miscommunication, resulting in delays and unoptimised turnarounds. With the COVID-19 crisis, ground operations have been disrupted even further.
Tarmac Technologies optimises aircraft turnaround, through the use of a platform bringing together all ground operations stakeholders (airlines, ground handlers and airports) to digitalise and monitor processes, as well as improve collaboration. Our solution is used both by ground agents when they are around the aircraft, and by management before, during and after the turnaround.
