Barbara Cominelli

Barbara is a seasoned C-level executive with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including Technology, Telco, Energy, Consulting, and Industrial sectors. She is passionate about digital innovation and talent development to drive sustainable growth and empower customers and society.

Since December 2020, she has been the CEO of JLL in Italy, focused on transforming the Real Estate industry through innovation, digitalization, and sustainability. Prior to this, she served as the COO and Marketing and Operations Director at Microsoft Italy for three years, leading ambitious growth initiatives and fostering digital and sustainable transformation in Italy.

Barbara also serves as a Non-Executive Director at ERG S.p.A., a leading wind energy company in Italy, and Autogrill S.p.A., a global provider of food and beverage services for travelers. She has received numerous awards for her achievements in Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, and Operational Excellence, both in Italy and internationally.

She holds a degree in Business Administration (Bocconi) and a Master's in International Management (CEMS-MIMs) from Bocconi and ESADE, with additional education from Rotterdam School of Management, Stanford, and SDA Bocconi. Barbara is a dedicated advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and actively supports non-profit initiatives, particularly those focused on promoting women and girls in technology.
