Bio
Barbara is a highly experienced senior executive with a diverse background in Technology, Telecommunications, Media, Financial Services, and Education. She has a strong international background and is skilled in change management and transformation programs.
Barbara serves as a non-executive board member for several publicly traded companies, including ASTM, Banca Farmafactoring, Elica, MyAir Inc., and Bocconi University. Her most recent executive role was Managing Director of the Cybersecurity Division at Leonardo SpA.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in various companies, both publicly traded and privately held, and has been involved in foundations and non-profit organisations. Barbara began her professional journey at McKinsey and Bain, subsequently holding C-level positions in media and telecommunications companies, including Vodafone, eBiscom, Telecom Italia, Cable and Wireless, and RCS Mediagroup. She also served as CEO of Dada SpA, a publicly listed internet company, and worked in venture capital, startups, and education.
She has multiple engineering degrees from MIT and has completed notable executive education programs. Barbara is married and has one daughter.
