Bio
Elke Jeurissen is an inclusive leadership expert, having delivered over 100 keynote talks about innovation and diversity in leadership.
She is co-founder of Glassroots (2012), a boutique consulting firm focused on innovation through stakeholder engagement. She is also Founder of Straffe Madammen (2013) & Fierce Ladies (2018), accelerator for women with ambition (2500 members).
She has almost 25 years of professional experience working for companies such as Orange, BNP Paribas Fortis, National Lottery, Microsoft, BSA, Nuon, HP, Alcatel-Lucent, BBC, BAF, BASF, .
She is frequently interviewed for her expertise in Belgian national media on diversity and female leadership and is co-author of the Dutch book ‘Who run the world’ with Tine Maenhout (Pelckmans Pro, 2019). She is co-author of the book ‘Vreemdgaan voor Managers. Met stakeholders naar je doel’ (Lannoo Campus, 2013), nominated as best Dutch Management Book of the Year in 2014.
