Fran is driven by a powerful mission: to solve the critical challenge of youth unemployment in South Africa. Her passion for making a difference clearly shines through in her work and the meaningful connections she forms with people and partners. Prior to joining Harambee, Fran spent more than 20 years working in the human capital sector across various roles.
