Building or growing a deep-tech organization is not for the faint of heart, no matter your gender. Deep-tech organizations – especially startups – face longer-term development cycles and unique investment challenges. But deep-tech companies also have potential for massive societal impact.

We want to shine the spotlight on inspiring women building and growing deep-tech organizations, including those working in government and universities.
