Bio
Katrien Demeester provides trusted leadership advice to boards and senior executives of public and private equity-backed companies across the technology, media, communication and professional services industries. Based in Brussels, she currently serves as the Belgium Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates.
Having co-led the firm’s global Technology Officers Capability, Katrien also has extensive experience hiring and assessing innovative digital and technology officers across all industries.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates more than 15 years ago, Katrien served in leadership positions at FreeMarkets, a provider of supply management software and service solutions, where she was global operations leader and European resource and development manager.
She started her career at Procter & Gamble, where she held various finance positions in the European and Belgian organizations.
Katrien holds a commercial engineering degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
