Velia Siciliano

Velia Siciliano (38years), graduated cum Laude in Medical Biotechnology, at the University of Naples Federico II.

She obtained a PhD in Human Genetics and bioengineering from the Telethon Institute of Genetics and Medicine Naples and moved to the Bioengineering Department and Synthetic Biology Centre at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  She won a fellowship for junior independent investigator from Imperial College London.
