EQL:HER aims to be the leading Women in Tech network and event series across the tech industry in Europe, Africa and Asia. A key part of this is supporting Female Founders. Depending on geography, female cheque writers represent only between 5% and 15% of angel and VC investors, while Female Founders receive only 2% of VC money. The only way we can change the amount of funding going to Female Founders is to change the system of financing and get more women into investment positions. 

Off the back of our very successful London Tech Week Women in VC Breakfast, we are putting together a series of London-based breakfasts – providing a chance for Women in VC to network, connect and ultimately to help build this important ecosystem.
