We are delighted to welcome you on board the program for Future of Work 2019. This page includes all the information you should need to prepare for the event. If you have any questions, please contact your Operations Executive Charlotte Whitehead. Please ensure you read each section carefully and meet the required deadlines. We look forward to working with you in making this a successful event!

PRE-EVENT CHECKLIST

In order to have a smooth running and successful event please use the below checklist for your pre-event preparations.

FURTHER INFORMATION

YOUR STAND - TABLE TOP

The table top package includes the following items: 

  • 1 x table (1.8m), clothed
  • 2 x chairs
  • 1 x power socket
  • WI-FI

Please note the maximum height your table top stand can be is 2.5m

You must complete Health and Safety Form and send it back to Charlotte by Thursday 16th May.

PLEASE NOTE
Any electrical equipment set-up onsite must be Portable Appliance Tested.  All exhibitors are to ensure a certificate can be provided upon request.

PASS REGISTRATION

Please refer to your contract for how many and which type of pass you have been allocated.

Please complete and return the pass registration form to Charlotte by Thursday 16th May.

ADDITIONAL PASSES

If you wish to have additional stand passes that are not included in your contract, please also contact Charlotte. 

WHAT ACCESS DOES EACH PASS ALLOW?

  • Delegate pass – Allows full access to the conference, exhibition and lunch
  • Exhibitor/Stand staff pass – Allows access to the exhibition only. Lunch will not be provided and must be purchased independently.
  • Speaker pass – any speaker will be automatically registered for a full access pass. This will not be taken from you pass allocation and you DO NOT need to register the speaker separately.

Please email the most up to date version of the following types of logos and profile to Charlotte by Thursday 2nd May:

1. ai. eps Logo - high res file
2. Jpeg Logo - low res file
3. 50-100 word company logo

EVENT SERVICES

AV

For any AV requirements including TV hire please contact hayley.woodall@itrevents.com. The deadline to place any orders is Thursday 30th May.


WIFI

Wifi is available at the event. The average speed connection is 2mbps. 

Should you require a wired connection, where the dedicated speed is 100mbps, there will be an additional cost of £50 + VAT per day. If you would like to order this please contact Charlotte with the following information:

ACCOMMODATION

The cost of accommodation is not included in your pass.

We have connections with a number of nearby hotels that offer discounted rates for our attendees, we highly recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

We strongly recommend that you use the Official Freight handler Exhibition Freighting for this event. KNect365 cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

Should you not use EF GSM please make sure you do not deliver any materials to the venue earlier than Thursday 6th June as they will not be stored by the venue. Goods can be delivered up to one week before your event. All items must be correctly labelled and delivered within the Goods In opening times.
