Born in agencies, raised in corporate communications, fed with digital innovations and eager to drive the change” – this is what Julia says about herself. For eight years, she has worked as a communication expert in the telecommunication and IT industry with a focus on digital technologies. In 2018, she joined Deutsche Telekom’s HR unit because she firmly believes that digital transformation is really primarily about people and Human Resources is playing a central role in shaping it. The department she works for, HR Digital & Innovation, was set up in 2016 as an HR laboratory and aims to simplify, digitize and optimize the daily work routines of all employees by exploring and introducing new technologies and innovative approaches to the Group – from VR to gamification or Design Thinking.
