Sarah is responsible for delivering organisational change to the digital sales area of Lloyds Banking Group. She is driving a move to “agile” introducing new ways of working and tooling, as well as driving training and capabilities initiatives for upskilling. Sarah is creating a culture of empowering leadership amongst her peers and is evangelical about the importance of employee mental health.
Sarah is passionate about individuals supporting each other by working collaboratively and flexibly. She enjoys nurturing both people and ideas to reach their full potential. As the most senior hijabi in the Group, Sarah is a champion of the ethnicity agenda within the Group and is championing the very top of the organisation understand the reality of BAME experiences on the ground. Sarah is passionate about breaking the taboos in discussing race and ethnicity in the workplace and hopes to create an environment where BAME colleagues feel able to be authentic at work.
