Profile

Kris Szaniawski is the practice leader for Omdia's Telecoms Operations and IT team, heading research into the changes in service provider operating models and vendor strategy.

He specializes in OSS/BSS, CEM, data analytics, cloud and digital transformation, and vendor services with a specific focus on telco IT and operational support systems.

Kris leads a team of analysts who provide guidance and support to service providers and vendors in an environment characterized by rapid technology and business change.

With more than 20 years' experience in the telecoms industry, Kris has also worked for Informa's Telecoms and Media team and the Financial Times Group.
