Roberto Monge is the COO of Telecoming; a technology company specialized since 2008 in Direct Carrier Billing (DCB). He is in charge of strategic relationships with mobile operators globally. He designs and implements new business models in payments, AdTech, mobile services, innovation and connectivity.

Roberto has gained all of his professional experience in the fields of New Technologies and Telecommunications. He is graduated in Law from Universidad Rovira I Virgili (Spain) and Università Degli Studi di Urbino (Italy).
