YOUR STAND - TABLE TOP
The table top package includes the following items:
- 1 x 3m x 2m space
- 1 x 150cm x 75cm clothed table (with white linen)
- 2 x chairs
- Access to power
Please also note that all Table Top exhibitors are strictly prohibited from hanging or sticking anything to the walls of the hotel. Please be reminded to submit your Health & Safety Form ASAP!
*Exhibitors are permitted to bring a backdrop that fits within the remit of their space. Backdrops must be dressed on the reverse side and must be plain without any branding. If you wish to bring a back drop please contact our operations lead Lorraine to request approval.
HEALTH & SAFETY
You must complete the below Health and Safety Form by Wednesday 18th August.
Please note that you cannot have any items/banners higher than 2.5m.
Exhibitors should man their stands at all times, including during coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Items left on the stand unattended i.e laptop computers are the responsibility of the Exhibitor, Informa Tech take no responsibility for any loss or damage.

The cost of accommodation is not included in your pass.

We strongly recommend that you use the Official Freight handler Exhibition Freighting G.S.M for this event. Informa Tech cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries. The contact details for EF GSM are below:

Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
