Dr. Fang Liangzhou is the Vice President and CMO of Digital Power Product Line of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. He leads the marketing team to develop and implement global marketing strategies and is responsible for product and solution management.

Dr. Fang joined Huawei in 1999 and has worked in the telecom and network energy industries for 18 years.

From 1999 to 2003, Dr. Fang joined Huawei as a software engineer, project manager, development manager, and software resource line manager for GSM and UMTS product line

From 2003 to 2005, he was transferred to the South Africa sub-regional division as a demand management engineer. In the next year, he was served as the Director of the wireless PL-Marketing department in the South Africa sub-regional division.

From 2009 to 2013, he was appointed Director of Marketing Department of Network Energy Product Line, Huawei

Since 2013, Dr. Fang has been appointed Vice President for Marketing of Digital Power Product Line, Huawei
