Michael Archer is Chief Strategist IoT and part of the Akamai Labs team. Michael brings more than 25 years of industry expertise to his role. He defines the product strategies enabling customer’s digital transformations, driven by the widescale deployment of IoT devices fulfilling the potential of the fourth wave. Prior to Akamai, Michael held senior technical and business roles in start-ups and large companies including Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, MobiTV and Avvasi. He has contributed to multiple standards organizations including 3GPP, ETSI, ITU and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
