Vinod Warrier is the Program Manager of Connected Services (Connected Car & Customer Experience) at Jaguar Land Rover. He led the design, development, end to end delivery, operations and service management of the Software Over The Air (SOTA) program for JLR car lines (I-PACE Launch, Defender Launch & other cross car line), which relies on a digital twin, cloud-hosting server. The program surpassed ROI earlier than the business case and has delivered significant warranty cost savings, more importantly boosting retailer efficiency and improving customer experience. He also worked as the Product Manager for Enterprise Campaign tool development, which enabled wireless updates to customers globally. He is currently managing the next set of use cases within the Connected Services and successfully launched some initial Proof of Concepts across the globe.
