Chris Leck is Deputy Group Director at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, where he oversees the Autonomous Vehicle Programme Office.

Prior to this, he served in various capacities within the Singapore Public Service, including as Director of the Futures & Transformation Division at the Ministry of Transport as well as Director for Strategic & Political-Military Planning and Director for International Relations (Americas, Europe, Middle East & Africa) at the Ministry of Defence.

Chris graduated from the London School of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in government & economics, and also holds master’s degrees in international relations and international law from Columbia University, the Australian National University and Tel Aviv University.
