Since April, 2014 Shashwat has been working based out of Singapore for Air Liquide. Responsible for developing ALTEC team and building up the technical capabilities of business developers and application engineers. From January 2017, he has enhanced his role to cover Market Strategy for SEA cluster, primarily to define Market Roadmap. This includes studying market shares of Air Liquide in each countries and identifying key drivers of each market to provide specific value added solutions, Shashwat, Graduate from Indian Institute of Technology - Roorkee, India, with Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Joined Air Liquide in 2008 as business development manager for combustion application. Shashwat has more than 20 years experience in process industries like Metals, Cement, Glass, Food , ECP, etc.
