Subha is a qualified supply chain professional with 2 decades of diverse leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain management, commercial contract negotiations and strategic problem solving with strong focus on delivery and value creation through creating high performing teams. He is currently the Regional Head of Logistics for Shell Lubricants, APAC & Middle East. In Shell, prior to this position, he headed Sourcing and Logistics for Global Convenience Retail business responsible for sourcing $4bn of COGS and catering to over 6000 stores across 22 markets. He also worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant providing business strategy across Europe, US and APAC.

Subha started his career with Unilever and led e2e supply chain transformation programs with Coca Cola as GM Logistics to drive both cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. In his professional life, he spends a lot of time mentoring and developing talent and helping them fulfil their potential.
