The award categories have been designed to showcase both research & development and solution providers leading the way in IoT, 5G, virtual & augmented reality, Cloud, connected automotive and artificial intelligence.

Award Categories

Best IoT Deployment

This award recognises the most significant development of IoT. Entrants are required to describe their achievements, state how they are significant compared to other solutions, examples of how the deployment was developed, how it was commercially successful and how it has improved the end user experience.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of the clients requirements and solution delivered
  • Specific characteristics which make the xyz solution or service successful/unique
  • A demonstration of the benefit to customer, with a case study of examples where appropriate

 An explanation of the KPIs by which success has or will be measured

Leadership in IoT

This award recognises outstanding leadership by a company or individual in IoT. Entrants are required to describe their achievements, state how they have provided a significant contribution to the market, examples of how the contribution has progressed the market, how it was commercially successful and how it has improved the end user experience.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of solutions and services in the IoT market
  • Specific characteristics which make the xyz solution or service successful/unique
  • A demonstration of where company/individual has shown leadership across the IoT market
  • An explanation of the KPIs by which leadership in IoT has been defined

IoT Evangelist of the Year

This award recognises an outstanding champion of IoT either within a business or across the market. Entrants are required to describe their achievements, state how they are significant compared to others, examples of how their evangelism has been received, and how it has helped progress the market.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of your IoT responsibilities within your business
  • Specific characteristics which have contributed in the success of your personal or organisations work in IoT
  • A demonstration of the benefit that your evangelism has brought to the IoT community
  • An explanation of key KPIs by which you have promoted your leadership within IoT community

Best IoT Platform

This award recognises the most significant development of IoT. Entrants are required to describe their achievements, state how they’re platform is significant, examples of how the network was developed, how it was commercially successful and how it has improved the end user experience.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of solutions and services in the IoT market
  • Specific characteristics which make the xyz solution or service successful/unique
  • A demonstration of where the platform has shown dominance in the IoT market
  • An explanation of the KPIs by which you believe the best platform has been achieved
