London’s next business district is being created at Royal Albert Dock near ExCel and London City Airport and a big feature will be a new Tech Hub and Tech Exhibition Area. Already tech companies from China are locating into the new district joined by a range of UK tech companies, from start-ups to established players.
The Tech Hub includes incubator space. ABP Royal Albert Dock is offering space at around half the cost of Canary Wharf and up to a third of what business tenants can expect to pay in the City/ City Fringe.
ABP is working with Shenzhen based Tian ‘An Cyber Park to create the Royal Albert Dock hub.
