  • The entry form must be completed online. Go to https://www.eventsforce.net/informabi/67/register
  • Online entries were due January 31, 2020 at 11:59PM PST. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted. 
  • Each entry is free of charge, and entrants may submit under more than one category
  • All entrant companies have the opportunity to purchase a table at the IoT World Awards & Gala Dinner on August 12, 2020 to host their customers, staff and partners at the evening. For further information on table costs contact: Tom.Peck@informa.com
  • Supporting evidence or documents (whitepapers, PowerPoints, Videos) can be uploaded along with your entry. Please ensure any supporting evidence is relevant.

Companies will be shortlisted in each category. The shortlist will be published by February 28 and the winners will be announced during the Virtual IoT World Awards on August 12, 2020. 

Shortlisted companies will: 

  • Be featured on the IoT World Awards landing page
  • Be featured in an IoT World emails
  • Be announced on all IoT World Series & IoT World Today social channels 
  • Be provided with generic website & social media digital banners to use for their own promotion (personalized banners available on request)

The Winners will be announced during the IoT World Awards Gala & Dinner on August 12, 2020, and in a Press Release on August 13.

Winners will:

  • Be featured on the IoT World Awards landing page
  • Be featured in an IoT World Awards Winners congratulations HTML sent to the relevant mailing list
  • Be announced via all IoT World Series & IoT World Today social channels 
  • Be provided with website & social media digital banners to use for their own promotion

  • Choose wisely – Make sure you choose the right category for you. There may be a few categories which will seem relevant to you, but make sure you focus on what you are most proud of. 
  • Time & Preparation – The best entries are those that are well constructed. Make sure you give yourself enough time put your entry together. 
  • Ask if you need to – If you are putting our entry together and have any queries about what to include or how to use the online entry system, contact the Awards organizers.
  • Make it appeal – Make your submission a compelling read. Remember you need to catch the judge’s attention. 
  • Prove it – Expert judges will be looking for evidence for any assertions of success that you make. It really comes down to giving a compelling reason why you deserve to win. 
  • Endorsements – Independent feedback, especially from clients or industry participants, can be very persuasive.
  • Supporting materials – we recommend you upload supporting documentation with your award entry. If you have something relevant, include it. 
  • Proof read – You may have great content, but ensure that your entry is well written and doesn’t contain any typos. 
  • Double-check – Make sure you read guidelines and judging criteria carefully, and have included all the information required by your entry.
