As Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Carina leads JLL's Technology Consulting Practice. With more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, Carina’s team works with a variety of customers in defining a digital transformation roadmap for the workplace. Through the creativity of her technology team and passion for innovation, she leads from the lenses of customer, focusing on user experience, the right smart workplace solutions at the right time and achieving actionable insights with BI and quality data management.
Carina's area of consulting expertise covers a wide range of topics including digital transformation strategy and roadmaps, workplace experience solutions, IOT and smart buildings, global IT infrastructure deployments, solution consulting and design, workplace security, and business intelligence and data transformation.
Carina joined JLL in 2017. Prior to JLL, she served as the Vice President of Workplace Solutions and Consulting Services at Xerox Technology. She consulted with IT senior leaders in industries world wide, ranging from the public sector, education, healthcare, energy, technology, and retail. In close collaboration with the senior account leadership teams, she worked directly with Fortune 100 customers and account teams on large complex global transformations.
Prior to Xerox, Carina was a Director at Cisco as a Service Delivery Executive for Fortune 50 global enterprise accounts. She provided strategic consulting and program leadership in the area of collaboration solutions for workplace transformations, and IT infrastructure and security services. By leading her teams towards consistent delivery and service excellence, she became a trusted advisor to her key clients. Past achievements include winning the industry CIO100 Award in 2008 for transforming the experience, giving employees a seamless transition from the office to the home, resulting in placing Cisco #1 and #2 top places to work for telecommuting in Forbes and Fortune in 2007 and 2008.
Education and Affiliations
Carina graduated with her Master of Science Information Technology in Cybersecurity at the Florida Institute of Technology. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Organization Psychology/English from Brigham Young University. She is ITIL certified.
