Eric HelinSenior Manager, Innovation at Exelon
Eric Helin is a Senior Manager of Innovation in the Corporate Strategy, Innovation & Sustainability group at Exelon. His team’s mission is to solve high value business challenges with the use of emerging technology that is scalable across the enterprise. And, establish and execute programs that drive the culture of innovation across the company. He is currently focused on the enterprise level IoT strategy for Exelon, as well as representing the Nuclear and Power operating companies within the Generation company for Corporate Innovation.
Eric joined Exelon in 2013 and has held a variety of roles within the company. He started his career in the US Navy as an enlisted Electrical Operator on board the USS Albuquerque (SSN 706), followed by I&C, Systems Engineering and Project Management roles at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy. Since joining Exelon, Helin has held leadership roles in contract negotiations, IT, and Quantitative Analytics - wholesale energy trading.
Eric graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics (Dual Major) and earned an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
