Creative Leap Technologies was formed to create products in the intersection between the Internet of Things, Big Data and Supercomputing. With multiple innovations queued, Creative Leap's aim is to eventually grow across several product offerings.
The first project is in the area of making faster, more agile, nimble use of the tsunami of data being generated from IoT. By building a systematic data pipeline approach, any physical architecture can be supported. Making data understandable to humans is a critical core component of delivering insights so cognitive techniques will be embedded throughout including: a neural net like approach to in-flight analytics, engagement of back-end AI and cognitive systems and support for traditional data mining in the data center. Experts or expert systems will be able to process adjustments to data generation on the edge or to new pattern detection in flight. The goal is for this approach to excel at large scale situational understanding and drill down. It is also is meant to be able to quickly adapt. By employing a highly leveraged software design, reuse and new feature creation will be greatly accelerated, lowering development costs while creating agility as well as a pleasant, no waste, customer experience. Another project, in conjunction with partners, will be to break the increasingly frequent and problematic logjam between big math and big data in high performance computing systems while preserving linear scale.
