OUR INFORMA ALLSECURE: OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
The event will be organized in accordance with Informa AllSecure health and safety standard. IWCE's In-Building Forum will feature fixed hand sanitization units throughout the facility, wider aisles within the expo hall, contactless registration, enhanced cleaning, and more.
Under Informa AllSecure standards, IWCE's In-Building Forum will facilitate physical distancing through the following processes:
Through increased use of technology, our event aims to minimize lines and entry transactions. IWCE's In-Building Forum will employ a system that facilitates non-contact registration for participants, including the availability of online registration.
We will promote alternative ways to greet business partners.
Our event will maintain a density of participants in line with local authority regulations and venue guidance. Lounges, table rounds, seating areas will be arranged to ensure physical distancing. Elevators and restrooms will have capacity controls. Designated entrance and exit doors throughout.
Protect and Detect
Under Informa AllSecure standards, IWCE's In-Building Forum will facilitate required health protocols and assistance through the following processes:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All guests will be required to wear a face mask upon entry to the venue. Masks must be always worn except when eating or drinking. Masks will be available on-site if a guest does not have their own.
IWCE's In-Building Forum will have access to a qualified first aid responder for any immediate medical needs or medically related questions.
IWCE's In-Building Forum will follow relevant health authority guidance on screening participants.
Should it be necessary, IWCE's In-Building Forum will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events.
CDC Best Practices
We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to follow these CDC best practices for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of illness:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Stay in your hotel or at home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
