James Green is an intrapreneur with Société Générale Corporate Investment Bank who helps drive culture change from the bottom up while helping C-Suite decision makers understand the value of DevOps while also helping middle management teams implement DevOps as the key aspect of continuous implementation.

Before starting as an intrapreneur, James has worked for 16+ years as an innovator and project manager within the investment banking, financial services, sector. After a successful career managing projects for day traders and key decision makers, James now advises on best practices for DevOps implementation within a global diverse workforce.

When not in the office James enjoys coaching/playing rugby with his son and time with his family learning the history and culture England (London) has to offer.
