Brian has been with the Comptroller's office for 5 years and 11 years as a Texas state employee. Brian currently supervises 5 staff members who are responsible for the oversight of several different programs including Bringing Online Opportunities to Texans (BOOT), Pole Replacement Program, BEAD, Technical Assistance Program, and CPF funded interagency projects.
