As CTPO, John drives GFiber's product, engineering, information systems and supply chain efforts, as well as setting the vision for GFiber Labs, our innovation hub working towards what's next for internet. Prior to joining GFiber in 2019, John was Time Warner's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Residential Services, where he oversaw a team of 40,000 employees. During his almost two decades at that company, he held senior positions across the organization, including roles in sales, marketing, product, customer service, technical operations and supply chain. He also spent time at both DirecTV and Thompson Media earlier in his career. John holds a BS from Cornell University and an MS from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He lives in Upstate New York with his family.
