Reggie Collette is a Principal RAN Engineer for the RAN Strategy & Architecture group at UScellular. He is passionate about building RAN strategies that align with emerging technologies and helping teams transform their design skills and mindsets to prepare for the future.
Reggie graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in electrical engineering and has 20 years of experience in the wireless industry. His various career roles have included supporting and leading efforts in RF design, RF optimization, RAN performance, RAN capacity and QoS management strategies, data analytics and forecasting strategies, transport architecture and transport capacity strategies. Much of Reggie’s current work is focused on RAN disaggregation strategies to transform existing, mature radio access networks into a disaggregated architecture that aligns network capabilities with future technologies, standards, and use cases.
