As an IT operations leader with 15 years of experience, strengthening Fortune 500 companies’ processes and establishing reliable procedures across diverse industries from airlines to banking, turning the most complex challenges into opportunities within client services, technology solutions, and cybersecurity. Tiffany West is driven by a passion for growing enterprise capabilities—as well as the satisfaction of observing the impacts of her efforts firsthand. Whether launching partnerships, steering product enhancements, building infrastructure solutions, or developing new customer-focused strategies, Tiffany credits her success in an ever-changing field to her ability to push teams, and the latest technology across global organizations, enabling companies to move forward and scale.

In her role as Senior Vice President, Strategic Development Partner & Head of Relationship Management for the Citigroup Technology Infrastructure organization, Tiffany collaborated closely with the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) sectors to provide customers with world-class service and cutting-edge platforms, making CTI 400% more profitable within one year of accepting the role. A consultative relationship builder and tireless brainstormer, Tiffany champions OpenShift and Kubernetes technologies that achieve customers’ complex business and financial objectives with efficient, automated, cloud-based solutions.

Prior to her SVP role, Tiffany served as Citigroup’s Vice President/Senior Operations Manager of Information Security. There, she transformed the Service Management Team from a small group of Business Analysts to a full-fledged, diversified technical department overseeing the end-to-end management of the bank’s global security infrastructure platforms.
