Caroline Hubbard is an east coast native and attended Harvard University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in the department of History and Literature. After Harvard, Caroline spent two years at LinkedIn working on the company's digital growth and international penetration strategy. Currently, Caroline works in New York City as a Product Manager focused on Growth at Better.com, which is a leading digital mortgage lender and home ownership platform backed by Kleiner Perkins, Goldman Sachs, American Express and more. Previously, Caroline worked at The Wing(as featured in Vogue, NYTimes, Inc. Mag) which is a powerhouse network of community and co-working spaces designed for women which has 10 locations globally. Outside of work, Caroline is the founder of a media site called Threadbred, which began as a fashion blog to provide young millennials with inspiration for their professional wardrobes. It has since evolved to also provide information on how to navigate the work world and establish your professional brand directly out of college encourages readers to pursue meaning in their professional and personal lives through advocacy and giving back. The company is currently shifting back towards its core and will be launching a collection of professional workwear for men and women designed to help them perform and pursue their work with confidence, authenticity and purpose. In life, Caroline is passionate about creating equal opportunity for people of color and genders in the tech space and desires to make technology and corporate America at large more inclusive for people of color from underprivileged socio-economic backgrounds.
