Eden has been immersed in digital media for some 20 years, focusing on service strategy, innovation, monetization and future trends. Eden’s specialist areas include AI (services, technology, governance), consumer tech hyperscalers and the emerging Metaverse. Initiatives driven by Eden include the development of Omdia’s AI Readiness Assessment tool, Consumer Platforms Benchmark, Omdia’s consumer AI survey program along with an ongoing research stream analysing the impact of AI in key consumer domains, including TV & video.

This broad topic knowledge combined with deep-dive analytical expertise means that Eden can provide a holistic view of the digital services and commerce landscape, in both the mature and emerging markets. In addition, Eden has managed workshops, consultancy projects and surveys in the above areas, providing tailored advice and market intelligence.

Eden’s expertise means she is a frequent media commentator and speaker at industry events, which have included Mobile World Congress, TM Forum, AI Summit Series, AfricaCom, CTIA, MEF and the MMA. Eden is a long-standing judge for the GSMA’s prestigious Mobile Global Awards.

Eden has occupied a variety of roles during her tenure at Omdia. Highlights includes establishing Ovum’s pioneering Wireless Multimedia advisory service, which under Eden’s leadership became one of the company’s most successful services of its kind.

Prior to joining Ovum Eden was an editor and journalist with several respected industry titles, including the Financial Times newsletters.
