I have a proven track record of successfully developing new technologies and delivering business values from them. Over 25 years, I’ve worked with some of the most brilliant researchers and developers in the world in top companies. Currently, as an R&D executive at SKT, I am leading the development of virtualization technology for the world’s first commercial 5G networks. My team is also developing AI and big data solutions to empower award-winning and market top services commercialized by SKT. My current interest includes cloud native platform, next generation media delivery, AI & machine learning, and blockchain technologies.

Career Highlights:
- Delivered major development projects with substantial business impacts. They include NFVI for 5G wireless networks (at SKT), enterprise-grade SSD (commercialization by SK hynix), autonomic operation of large scale enterprise IT system (at IBM).
- Built and grew high performance team (from 4 ppl to 100 ppl team at SKT) by recruiting top talents in the competitive job market. Set high standards for the quality of work and led team members to achieve their potentials.
- Have multiple experiences of successfully collaborating with internal/external (many times international) teams to deliver business objectives.
