Mr. Gasper is the CEO of STN, Southern Tier Network. STN builds, owns, and operates middle mile and last mile FTTH networks in the Upstate New York area. Mr. Gasper has been involved in various roles in the Telecommunications industry for over 25 years since graduating from RIT, Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
