Dr. Sbeit launched in 2018, North Texas Leadership Development Academy to train, coach and mentor professionals on latest Leadership and Process Excellence skill sets to grow their careers.

Dr. Sbeit worked at AT&T as the Solution Train Engineer (STE) a servant leader of the train at the Large Solution and program level. Working with multiple leadership levels as well as understand the strategy, and drive alignment across the program. Dr. Sbeit lead the scalability for Schwab and TDA M&A of a $54T assets of newly merged entity Orchestrated the scaling of Portfolio Accounting & Management applications to handle 4X accounts and 10X transactions. Dr. Sbeit also lead the Continuous Improvement for Bechtel National Program Management Office (Mashroat). Bechtel, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction, has been awarded a contract to support setting up and operating the National Project Management Organization (NPMO) in Saudi Arabia. Dr Sbeit have been the Senior Manager, Business Network Transformation at Verizon, where he led a 4000+ Network Systems organization’s OSS / BSS Transformation Office into a new operating model using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) resulting in a 10% increase in throughput.

Dr. Sbeit earned a Doctoral in Engineering Management and MS in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He has lectured on engineering management and cybersecurity courses at UNT, UTD, UC and UMUC. Dr. Sbeit is an author and a writer. Raed is a member of several professional organizations, including as the Industry Advisory Board of Robert Morris University, Harvard Business Review, and other local Private STEM schools. Raed has also served on the boards of the City of Irving Green Advisory Board and Irving Police Advisory
