Sr. Project Manager – Optical Network Architect for US Domain at Orange / Americas OPS with expanded role in evolving the US Backbone for scalable, agile core transport and flexible backhaul to Cable Head Landing Stations.
Prior to this role, Sr. Optical Architect at XO Communications, Inc. responsible for the evolving architecture of the long haul backbone network. As well, Principal Network Engineer at Cable & Wireless, Inc. responsible for the strategic architecture and new technology introduction for the core transport backbone network globally.
With over 30 years work experience in both vendor and provider communities, was an active member of the Carriers Group at the Optical Internetworking Forum. Roderick holds a Master of Engineering degree from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
