Steve Penticost has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry having worked in several different roles initially in R&D, through to his current role driving strategic relationships. His diverse career has included tenures in both the systems and sub-systems space. Prior to joining ADVA, Steve held senior management positions at Oclaro, Cisco, and Pirelli and has also held engineering roles at Alcatel and Nortel.
