Scott Fairchild is Vice President of Client Experience for Spectrum Enterprise, a part of Charter Communications, Inc. In his role, Scott leads a team that works across the Spectrum Enterprise organization to support delivery of a premier client experience. The team gathers client feedback to identify issues and opportunities, then facilitates changes to the business that are designed with a client-centered mindset. As part of this effort, Scott’s team also designs, develops and supports Spectrum Enterprise portals, using continuous client feedback to develop digital tools that are an extension of the client’s network and IT infrastructure. His career has spanned more than 25 years in telecommunications - leading teams in product development, strategy, marketing and customer experience. Mr. Fairchild is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he received his degree in Communications.
