Here you will find the relevant information and forms to help you prepare for the event. If you have any questions, please contact Sam Armstrong. Please ensure you read each section carefully and meet the required deadlines. We look forward to working with you in making this a successful event!

Please refer to your contract for your stand or space size. 

Your Shell Scheme exhibition stand at Nigeria Com includes the following:

- 1 x Fascia board
- 1 x table
- 2 x folding chairs
- 1 x wastepaper basket
- 2 x spotlights (100W)
- 1 x power socket (220V)

Please submit your Company name as you would like to it appear on the stand fascia board to Sam Armstrong no later than Friday 23rd August.

The space only package includes a tiled exhibition space. All additional requirements need to be ordered separately.

Maximum Build Height: 3 metres

ALL Exhibitors must submit the compulsory Health & Safety form HERE to Operations Manager no later than Friday 31st August.

Space only Exhibitors must also complete the Health & Safety Pack HERE and submit the following to Sam Armstrong no later than Friday 31st August:
a) A plan showing location within the exhibition
b) A plan view with external dimensions, indicating which sides are open onto gangways
c) Elevation views, indicating clearly the heights of all stand fittings
d) Details of all walling, platforms, demonstration areas, exhibits, graphics etc.
e) Details of all materials and fire protection
f) Detailed risk assessment
g) Method Statement detailing the process by which the stand will be built

Exhibitors should man their stands during coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Items left on stands unattended, i.e. laptop computers, are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. KNect365 take no responsibility for any loss or damage.

The panel size is 0.98m wide x 2.4m high. Graphic printing costs are US$50.00 per panel.

If you are shipping any materials/boxes from overseas, please ensure that all custom duties incurred are to be borne by the shipper. The organizer and the hotel reserves the right not to accept any shipment with pending unpaid duties/taxes.

Please do not deliver any materials to the Hotel earlier than Friday 6th September 2019 as they will not be stored by the venue.


In the interest of security, exhibitor name badges will be supplied. These badges must be worn at all times by stand staff within the exhibition area. Name badges will be available from the registration desk at the event, they will not be mailed to you in advance. 

Registration will be in the Foyer outside the Ballroom. InformaTech require you to bring a business card or valid company ID with you when registering.

Please refer to your contract for the number of passes allocated to your company. You will receive a separate email with login details and instructions to register your passes in our new GES Visit Portal. Please wait for Sam's email which will be sent within the last week of July. 

Once you receive your log in details, please register these passes no later than Friday 23rd August 2019.

If you have not already done so, please submit your company profile (around 100 words) and your company logo (in both jpeg & eps formats) to us to ensure inclusion in the Nigeria Com event guide. 

If you have already provided these, please check the website HERE to check both are correct.

Please refer to your contract to check if you have an event guide advert included in your package. 

Please send your advert to Sam Armstrong no later than Friday 16th August 2019 to ensure it can be included in the event guide.

We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible.  


Please note that the Nigeria Com event venue, Oriental Hotel Lagos, is not able to provide invitation letters to guests or event attendees. 

We recommend that you start your visa application process as soon as possible to avoid disruption to your travel in September.
