Olubunmi Abejirin is the Head of Customer Experience , Airtel Nigeria. Prior to assuming this position, she was thel Retail Head, South Region, Airtel Nigeria.

Bunmi has over 15 years cognate epxerience in the telecommunications industry evolving from retail to channel distribution to high value segment management in Glomobile Nigeria and Airtel Networks Nigeria respectively. She is currently responsible for customer experience transformation in Airtel and has over a short period successfully harmonized OMNI channel customer interaction with the brand

She bagged a B.ed in Economics Education at the University of Ilorin and later obtained a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Ibadan. She has attended several leadership development programs and is holder of a Certificate in Building Strong Alliances and Organizations from Harvard University in Boston, USA.

In fulfilling her passion for youth leadership development, Bunmi volunteers as the Director of Marketing and Communications for AIESEC Alumi Africa. She is also Vice President AIESEC Alumni Nigeria, where she is deeply involved in executing youth develoment programs as well as mentoring initiatives.
