Faten is the Associate Director of Flat6Labs Tunisia, MENA’s leading seed and early-stage VC firm. Before joining Flat6Labs, she specialized in the creation of incubators and innovation hubs, in order to widen the access to innovation and support young entrepreneurs to grow and scale their projects.She's a fervent supporter of women entrepreneurship where she has been a mentor for multiple women-led startups across the region in partnership with organizations like the UNDP. She also launched "The 50 women-led startups of the year", an initiative that shed light on the work of 50 women in tech in Tunisia. She's now leading several support programs in partnership with renewed organizations like the IFC, Hivos and The European Union that empowered more than 200 entrepreneurs.
