Robert Schilling is a University assistant and Ph.D. candidate at Graz University of Technology. He is working at the Institute for Applied Information Processing and Communications (IAIK) as part of the secure systems group headed by Prof. Stefan Mangard. He is particularly interested in designing systems, which are secure against physical attacks. This research interest includes new software-based countermeasures, security hardened processors, and new compiler enhancements to automatically secure programs against fault attacks.
