How the winners will be selected

In making their decision for all four categories, our judging panel may consider the following criteria:

  • What’s new, different or unique about your entry
  • The complexity of the entry and how it is represented in terms of ease-of-use for the end-user
  • The entry's position as a global and local market innovator
  • Pricing and value for money
  • Information about the customers: How many, types, geographical and vertical spread, any reference from customers
  • Information about deployments: How many, average size, time frames

Best new digital service launch

Has your company launched a new type of service or offered its customers a significantly improved edition of an existing service, which you have not heard that has been done by anyone else? Services could include any telecommunications services which are digital, from data to VR calling or financial services, individual or bundled, consumer or enterprise. In your application, please explain why your new digital service should win based on it originality, ease of use, usefulness, uptake by customers and any existing reviews.

Best IoT platform for service delivery

IoT platforms are becoming increasingly important due the huge progress and evolution going on with IoT and many useful use cases. This Award will recognise an IoT platform which is secure, easily integrated with applications and devices, flexible,simple to use, scalable and innovative. In your application, please explain why your product meets this criteria, how it differs from the competition and its success so far.

Best technology for service quality improvement

This Award will recognise the best technology that improves the quality of any chosen telecommunications service. In your application, please describe the service and your customers, before describing the technology itself and why it should be chosen for quality improvement. Back up your application with evidence including statistics from research or customer reviews for the optimum results in this category.

Best innovation in customer experience management

Customer experience management is hugely important to service delivery. This Award will recognise the most innovative product or service in customer experience management (CEM). In your application, focus on the innovation aspect of your CEM product and back it up by evidence to impress our Judges!
