Profile

Dr. Huang Weihong, Professor, Executive Deputy Director of Mobile Medical Laboratory of Ministry of Education at Xiangya Hospital Central South University. He is also the Chief Scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program in the field of integration of sports and medicine, as well as a leading talent in science and technology in Hunan Province. Dr. Huang taught in the United Kingdom for 13 years, serving as a lecturer at the University of Hull and an associate professor at Kingston University London. Since 2005, he has been one of the earliest pioneers in mobile health (mHealth) research globally. Currently, his research focuses on the development and promotion of smart healthcare and exercise-related devices and software systems.
